Paige Turner
Sports Massage & Remedial Therapist
Paige Turner brings a blend of skill, compassion, and dedication to her role as a sports massage and remedial therapist at Romford and Ilford Family Chiropractic. With over three years of hands-on experience and a strong academic background, she supports clients with a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns, helping them move and feel their best.
Education and Training
Paige first completed a BA (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science Degree, which gave her a solid understanding of human movement and performance. She went on to achieve a Level 5 BTEC Sports Massage and Remedial Therapy qualification at the North London School of Massage, where she further developed her practical skills.
She is currently in the final year of an Integrated Chiropractic Degree at London South Bank University, expanding her knowledge and clinical insight. Alongside her studies, Paige has undertaken additional training, including Kinesiology & Rock Tape certification, Aroma Touch Technique, and qualifications as a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Strength & Conditioning Trainer.
Focus on Sports and Movement
With a background rooted in sport, Paige has a particular interest in supporting individuals with sports-related concerns. Her ongoing chiropractic studies have deepened her understanding of how the nerves, muscles, and joints work together. She draws on a variety of techniques, such as trigger point therapy, soft tissue manipulation, myofascial release, and stretching methods, to provide tailored care for each client.
An Individualised Approach
Paige’s philosophy goes beyond symptom management, with a focus on identifying contributing factors and supporting long-term recovery through effective rehabilitation strategies. “Patients deserve to be listened to, have their concerns properly managed, and feel at ease in a warm and personable environment.” This people-centred outlook shapes every session she provides.
Paige is recognised for her calm approach, attentive listening, and supportive touch, which help clients feel comfortable and reassured during their sessions.
In Her Spare Time
When she’s not at the practice, Paige enjoys regular gym training, following sports, and spending quality time with family and friends. At home, she looks after her 14-year-old pet chinchilla, Drake, who brings plenty of character to her life. She is also a qualified Level 1 Artistic Gymnastics Coach, reflecting her commitment to movement and physical activity across all ages.
